You can find your account number on any Kendall Group invoice, acknowledgment, or packing slip from us over your shipping or billing address.  Here is an example:

 

 

You may provide us with either a Ship-To Account # or a Bill-To account #. If you need access to multiple ship-to accounts, you must provide us with the bill-to number. If you use a Ship-To account, your access will be limited to that Ship-To.

If you cannot find your account number on a document, please contact your account manager and they can provide you the correct number to use. Please note that a legacy account number from companies that Kendall has acquired will not work, but we are here to help if you need guidance with this!  

If you do not have an account with us, you'll need to set one up before we can provide a login to our shopping website. Contact your local branch for more information.
