Forgot Password:

Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner. 


 
Once on the Log In screen, click on “We can email it to you.”

 


This will prompt you to enter the email address we have on file. Click "Go."

 


An email will be sent to you with your login details.

Change Password:


Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner.


Once logged in, choose “Change Password” under Account Management.

 

This will prompt you to log out of your account.



Next, enter your old password and enter a new password (x2). Click “Update” to submit new password.

 

Sign back in using your new password.
